Useful answers

Common questions

Does an EICR mean the installation must meet every new regulation?

No. Existing work is assessed for safety, and departures are classified according to their actual risk rather than simply because the installation is older.

Are repairs included in the inspection price?

Routine access and testing are included in the agreed scope. Repairs and remedial work are quoted separately unless agreed beforehand.
