Do you take on small electrical jobs?
Yes. Replacement sockets, faulty lights, switches and small alterations are welcome. Send a short description and your postcode to get started.

How do I get a quotation?
Send your postcode, a description of the work and photographs by WhatsApp or email. Some jobs need a site visit before a firm quotation can be given. The scope and price are agreed before work starts.
Will I receive an electrical certificate?
The work is tested and the appropriate electrical certificate is provided where required. Notifiable work is also notified through the applicable Building Regulations process. An EICR is a separate condition report on an existing installation.
Do you repair plaster after chasing?
Chasing, floor lifting and making good are discussed before work starts. Your quotation states what is included; plaster repairs and decorating should not be assumed to be included unless agreed.
Can I book an EICR for a home I am buying?
Yes. EICRs are available for homeowners, landlords and house buyers. Access and the inspection scope are agreed beforehand. Any recommended remedial work is quoted separately.
